This is mandatory service for a brand new rig or parts purchased separately. If you want to buy a new parachute, you still have the option to buy used parts and send us them to assemble. We'll check and assemble.

    UAB Paraloftas provides the service in their own facility, which allows to inspect the system, lay it down, hang, dry and air, and of course - perform clean and the best repack for your care.

    Work perfomed under supervision and personally by Vitaly Greck, FAA Senior Parachute Rigger, seal symbol UWG, back and seat ratings.

    We provide the service for back-type rigs (squares, rounds) as well as seat pilot emergency rigs.

    Service is held on fridays off-season. If you need your system ASAP, just let us know upon checkout - we make the service for you much faster without any lack of quality.

    We follow all the FAA regulations, including service bulletin compliance checks, canopy inspection, container inspection, harness inspection, AAD check. We also do all the paperwork for you.

    We're proud to provide the best service to you. If you want to buy used parts and send us them for to assemble, please send us their description, photos etc. We'll check whether it's possible to assemble the system. We don't charge for the expert advice.

    If we find the problem with your rig while inspecting it - we send you a message (for example, the ripcord is bent, the canopy has stains or something like that). We can fix the problems but it requires extra charges. If you're unsure - please don't hesitate to contact us, we kindly answer your question. We don't charge for questions and answers :)

    Please let know that if we find an issue which cannot be fixed in our loft or you refuse to fix - we don't pack the reserve, return the rig back to you and refund you the service cost. Shipping expenses are not refundable.

    Your safety is our priority. We're responsible for your life when you use the rig since the moment the rig has been packed by us for you till the moment of the next repack or the rig is not airworthy.


    Shipping and handling - within 3 business. days. Shipping costs are covered by customer. Once you check the item out - please pay and send the work to us. Address is provided below (company address). Send us the tracking so we can track the item and pick it up upon arrival asap.

    Once we're done with your rig - we send it back to you, providing the tracking information.

    Customs formalities

    If you're in EU, just pay and send us the work. No further action required.

    If you're outside EU, please note that the country of destination can apply for VAT and customs duties, as well as the other charges by post or similar services. Contact your local customs office for further details.

    When sending from outside EU, we strongly recommend fulling out CN-23 or similar customs declaration, writing all the system serial numbers, colors and other significant information about the rig. Mark "type of shipment" - "Other", then write: "For service, outward processing". Fill at least 3 copies, ask postal officer to stamp one, keep with you. When we send you rig back, we'll mark it as "Returned goods", filling the same information. This way, you avoid paying excess customs taxes and VAT for your own rig.
